This document details the rights BPI grants to its Producer Members for use of the BPI Certification Marks. It also provides details on all aspects of the Certification program including requirements for recertification, information on certificates, control and inspection, and termination. This document must be signed by an officer of the member company.
This worksheet is filled out with specific information (SKU, product title, etc.) for the products covered under this certification. These products will be listed on the certificate document and the information used to create product listings in BPI’s online catalog.
If the applicant is a new BPI Member, the BPI Licensing fee is due at this time. Certification Mark and certificate files will not be sent to the applicant until payment of all outstanding invoices has been received by BPI.
