Fees: Like the evaluation process, fees vary based on whether the lab is accredited. Initial approval starts at 1,900 EUR and depends on the specific effort required (audits are billed at 1,100 EUR per person per day, plus travel expenses) Fees are outlined in the "Schedule of fees for the approval of testing laboratories and inspection bodies."
Fees: An annual fee is paid to DIN CERTCO to maintain approved status. This fee is approximately 270 EUR, and is waived for the first year a lab is approved.
